3C Empowerment is an organization of trained, professional coaches based in Huntsville Alabama, serving clients all across the country. 3C Empowerment and its GSM (Good Samaritans Ministries Nonprofit) assist individuals and families, churches, nonprofits and communities in the United States and abroad, to fulfill their maximum potential through church leadership development assisting in capacity building, education, strengthening ministries, small business development and individual enrichment and empowerment through Coaching, Consulting and Counseling.

Coaching
Helps clients turn their dreams into realistic attainable goals, guiding individuals through the process of making life changes by helping each client evaluate the steps they must take to reach a particular goal in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible.
Consulting
Provides capacity building, facilitation, visioning and strategic planning.
Counseling
Addresses substance abuse, anger management, trauma, emotional distress, anxiety, depression, loss and grief.
There are many individuals and organizations offering and providing good services in the area of coaching, consulting and counseling. What is most unique about 3C Empowerment is the visionary and founder. Each coaching, consulting and counseling session is approached from a client center, strengthening base and solution focus. The founder’s numbers of years of education in the areas of human services and religion, the clinical internships and residency and their vast amount of experiences with new church plants, churches in transformation, nonprofit, small business developments and ministries. Passion comes from each personal achievements, recognitions and acknowledgements from the City Council, Mayors, professional sports teams, and organizations and the many years of direct work with individual’s families and groups from all walks of life, cultures, ethnicity, economic levels and educational backgrounds throughout the United States and abroad. Chaplain, Dr. Woods' own personal life challenges and struggles he’s overcome is nothing short of a testimony. His humility and wiliness to share, to teach, advice and supervise is exceptional.
The same goes for each member of the 3C Empowerment team. Each individual staff member has their own unique story and provides expertise through education and experience.

Clients scheduled for a face to face session either for coaching, consulting or counseling will be educated and screened regarding COVID-19. 3CEmpowerment providers will practice proactive measures (gloves and 6 feet apart) when necessary to help in decreasing the potential risk of virus.
*3C Empowerment offers Telehealth / HIPPA Video or Psychology Video Remote access to healthcare services may increase participation for those who are medically or socially vulnerable or who do not have ready access to providers. Remote access can also help preserve the patient-provider relationship at times when an in-person visit is not practical or feasible.
